Tea Time with ARIANA

It's summertime in Boise and it's HOT. And I've been drinking a LOT of iced tea. I recently saw on Pinterest how to make Starbucks Passion Lemonade Iced Tea. So, I bought a box (or three) of Tazo Passion Tea. As soon as I opened the box, I was inspired by the beautiful pattern inside!

So, like every good paper crafter, I saved the box in hopes I would create something beautiful with it (confession: I am really good at saving beautiful things and never using them. I have a closet full! oops!) Happy note: I DID make a gift box and let me show you how you can too!

First, I gently took apart the box at the seam and turned it inside out.

Then, using my strong adhesvie (sticky strips) I resealed the box, with the pretty side out!

Then, using scraps from my Ariana paper pack, a chipboard flower from Ariana compliments and my new FAVORITE ribbon from the new Annual Inspirations Idea Book, I made a "belly band" to decorate the already beautiful box.

Guess what's inside the beautiful box - a BASE and BLING necklace that my Mother-in-Law is giving as a birthday gift. Ask me how you can make your own! :D

Ta-Da! I think it's pretty cute if I do say so myself!

Now, I'm off to drink more Passion Tea and then I'm off to the store to buy more boxes!
