Here is another Challenge

Okay, we started this challenge last month and had so much fun that we are doing it again.

This month, we used the Reflections Scrapbook Program. What is the Reflection Scrapbook Program, you ask? Close to My Heart has several books to help you get started if you are just starting out with scrapbooking or a seasoned scrapbooker and just need a little inspiration.

The books are full of patterns with all the measurements and ideas to help you.

The Scrapbook Program has four books - Cherish, Imagine, Magic and Reflections.

They also have two books called Make It from Your Heart - Volume 1 and 2. They are smaller, but just as good.

So, I randomly picked a book, then the page number and that is how we know what challenge to do. Our challenge is Reflections, pages 43 and 97.

This month, there were three of us that participated in the challenge, but only two of us actually finished on time. I will try and take a picture of the third one and post an update when I take the picture.

Close to My Heart has these things called "Flip Flaps". They are the BOMB!!!! You can add these to your pages wherever you need to add extra space for your photos.

So, as you can see, I added one of the flip flaps to my page. This flip flap is 12 x 6. They come in several different sizes and, again, can be placed anywhere on your page.

I am obsessed with these. I use them a lot on my layouts because of the amount of photos I have.

I love how different both of these layouts turned out. And just by rotating the page you can get a different look, not to mention the papers and embellishments you use. Just think of the possibilities.
