SEASIDE Mini Album

This is a long post. Sorry but I wanted to get all the pictures in, so you could see all the pages as well as the tags.

I am working with the Seaside Paper Pack this month. And I thought this would be a good place to start. I actually started working on this album last month, but finally finished it. Hope you like it.

I am using one of Close to My Heart's Kraft 3-ring albums. The size is 8 5/8 x 9 inches, to give you an idea of the size of my album. I also used the Cricut Collection from Close to My Heart for all the tags.

Here is the front cover.

I used the Seaside Paper Pack, Seaside Complements, Aqua Dots, and Seaside Assortments to embellish the cover. I also used 3-D foam tape to pop everything up.

The inside cover and the First page.

The inside cover has a pocket that you could put maps, brochures, memorabilia, or anything else you wanted to.

The first page is embellished with the Seaside Complements.

Each page has a pocket on the top that holds a tag.

Again, embellishmend with the Seaside Complements.

The fourth and fifth page.

These pages has a pocket to hold three tags each. You can place assorted photos or journal on the tags. And don't forget you can use the back of the tags if you need more space for things.

I also used the Seaside Complements along with Aqua Dots and Seaside Assortment.

The Seaside Assortment come in a package of 6 pieces of antiqued gold metal shapes. They are so fun to play with. You will see them throughout the album.

The tags are embellished with the Seaside Complements. The Complements are used through out the album. I used the entire package of Complements on this album.

I wanted it to be a little more interactive, so I added two flaps. I just used photo clips to hold the flaps closed.

Okay, I confess. I was getting tired and I made a boo boo. While stamping the other side some ink got on this side, so I had to "fix" it. I just random stamped all over the tag so it "hid" the mistake. It turned out okay, I guess. At least it gave the tag some texture.

Hope you lasted. As I said, it was a long post. Sorry again. But I have to say I LOVED how it turned out.

I was going to give this album away, but now I don't know. I will have to think on this and see if I can depart with it.
