July Challenge

Here is the July Challenge.

We used the book Imagine, page 78 for this months challenge.

The first one is from Kathie Sharp and you can reach her at: kathiesharp.ctmh.com. She used the paper pack Urban along with the Urban Complements. This paper pack is still available until the end of August.

Here is the left side.

She will be journaling under the "ON THE EDGE" banner.

It is PERFECT on this layout. Especially with the Urban Paper Pack.

Now here is mine.

I used the paper pack Sarita from Close to My Heart. This paper pack is no longer available.

Anyone that knows me knows that I don't like the color purple. But the universe is THROWING this color at me left and right. So when this challenge came up and I saw this paper pack in my stash I decided to use it. Maybe it was fated. You knows. But I REALLY like the way this layout turned out.

Here is the left side.

Close up of the flower. I had a stash of these flowers in binder. They were the perfect color and figured I would use them up. It worked out perfectly.

The right side.

I used eyelet to attach the strips together along with fibers.
