August Challenge

WOW!!! It has been awhile since I posted last. The only thing I can say is that I'm back to work and trying to get into the swing of new students as well as returning students. I think I'm finally back to a good routine so hopefully I will be posting on a regular basis again.

I will be posting a back to back post regarding the August Challenge as well as the September Challenge. That is how late I am.

This month we used the book Magic, page 56.

Here is the first Challenge. It is by Gail Vought.

She does an awesome job picking out the images from the Cricut Collection from Close to My Heart.

And I LOVE how she placed a Flip Flap on her page.

Flip Flaps are the PERFECT way to add more photos to your page.

Here is my layout.

My son and I just started getting into paddle boarding. And we are LOVIN' it!!! So I had to make a layout of us paddle boarding on the bay in San Diego.

My version of a paddle board with the Cricut Collection. I think it turned out okay. I think the cut is suppose to be a surfboard but they are some what close enough. I then cut a handle for the paddle.

Again, a Cricut cut. Just had to add some waves, since a boat came by and almost took us out.
