Close to My Heart has a NEW Cricut Cartridge that came out in the new Annual Inspirations called Flower Market. I was NOT going to buy it because I DON'T need any more FLOWER cartridges. But I made the mistake of borrowing the cartridge from my upline, Gail. And of course, fell in LOVE with it. So, yes I bought it.
I will just fill in some spots during the month with some random projects using this cartridge, instead of devoting a month using the cartridge. This way I can continue to show you projects with the Flower Market cartridge.
Here is my first project.
As you can see, this cartridge is appropriately named. Lots of flowers in it. Both flat as well as dimensional. It also come with leaves to branches and wreaths. Containers, banners, as well as an alphabet font. Lots to do through the year.

Here is a poppy.
The directions are in the back of the manual to show you how to put it together.

Here is a ranunculus flower.
For this flower, you just stack and glue them together.

Here is a side view of the ranunculus. You can see how dimensional this flower is.

A daffodil.
I sponged the edges on these flowers.

The last flower is a gerbera daisy. These are my FAVORITE!!!
Again, so simple to put together. Just stack and glue.

Here is a picture of the final project.

I love how this turned out. I can easily erase the chalkboard and write anything I want, plus I can change the flowers to match the season or events I'm doing.
Hope you enjoyed my first project using the Flower Market Cricut Cartridge.
See you soon.
