'tis the Season with City Sidewalks

Wow!!! The time is just flying by. I was hoping to post the next three layout right after Thanksgiving and it is almost two weeks later. So, now that Thanksgiving is over, I can finally get started on Christmas stuff. I'm one of those people that can't do anything Christmas until after Thanksgiving is completely over.

Anyway, here is the first layout using the City Sidewalks paper pack. I'm thinking this layout could be used for a trip to a Christmas tree farm. Not that we have very many of them in Sunny San Diego, but it could be used when picking out a tree at the Christmas tree parking lot. We have a lot of those around here.

I used one of the Complements from the City Sidewalks. The Complements are coordinating sticker as well as silver and red glitter die-cuts.

I used the Cricut Collection from Close to My Heart to cut out the border. I then place some of the silver glitter paper behind it to give it some sparkle. I also did some stitch work around the border as well as the starts. I LOVE how much is sparkles.

I just couldn't throw away the stars from the left side so I added a few of those starts to the right side. Along with a few silver stars.

And last, the tree. Again, just one of the many Complements you get in the package. I just topped it off with a silver star and added some stitches.
