School Year (SOTM)

I'm a little late posting this, even thou I had the layout done at the beginning of the month. When I got this stamp set, I thought what am I going to do with it. My boys are young men now and out of school, so I thought I didn't need this stamp set. Little did I know it is perfect for me now.
I have worked in middle school for the last 8 years with special needs children and totally loved it. With lots of budget cuts, the school district did some switching of staff members. I am now working in elementary school. Needless to say, a HUGH difference. We started back last week and I am loving my kindergartners. I haven't meet my other students yet, but I'm sure they will be just as wonderful. This stamp set will be perfect when I make some little prizes for them.
Now for the layout.
I used two different stamp sets, plus the Artbooking Cricut Cartridge.
The first one is School Year. This is the Stamp of the Month. You can get this stamp set for $5, if you spend $50 or more. What a great deal!

The second stamp set I used was School Kids.
This stamp set has Thin Cuts to match. Perfect way to cut out the images real fast.

The layout.
Sorry for the glare. I did take some close ups of the PML cards I did, so you could see them without the glare.
And as you can see, I used the stamp set to make my own PML cards. I love how they turned out.

Here is the first card.

Second PML.
I stamped everything, then colored them in with Shin-han markers.

The perfect stamp to write all the important information.

How cute are these kids!

Oh course, if you have a First Day of School, you need a Last Day of School.

And what a great way to finish the year off with your own little report card. Your child can mark which one he/she liked the best.

Hope you enjoyed see this layout using the Stamp of the Month.
See you next time. I will be back with another layout using Jack.
