Dad is Rad

Close to My Heart has a special going on right now. It is called Dad is Rad. The kit contains: Rad Dad Stamp Set, 11 sheets of cardstock (1 Almond, 1 Crystal Blue, 1 Juniper, 1 Sapphire, 2 Toffee, 4 White Daisy, 1 gold glitter), White Burlap Ribbon, 1 package of Gold Bows, 4 white cards & envelopes.

The materials in this kit will create one two-page scrapbook layout, one single-page layout, and four cards.

Here is the two page layout.

The two borders are stamped using two of the stamps in the Rad Dad stamp set.

I stamped the saying in Versamark ink then gold embossed it.

The border was stamped the same as the layout above. Then an ombre technique was used for the mock banner as well as the title. The stars are first, second, and third generation stamping.

A super simple layout designs that uses a few different techniques. It is always good to get back to the basics.
