July Challenge

Wow! I didn't realize that I haven't posted a monthly challenge in a long time.

For both challenges, we are using the Make it from your Heart book. The scrapbook challenge is from volume 3, pattern 3 and the card challenge is volume 4, pattern 23.

Here is the scrapbook layout.

So, when I finished this layout, I realized that I didn't like all the white space, so I fixed.

I added some splatter in Raspberry ink to bring more of that color to the layout. You can barely see it but I made a big difference.

The left side.

The title and cluster.

I put the title on, then decided to add my cluster under it.

You can really see the splatter in this picture.

The right side.

And two of the gold glitter Complements. They added just the right amount of bling to the layout.

Now, here is the card challenge.

I used the reverse side of the same paper I used in the scrapbook challenge to change it up.

I stamped and colored in the cupcake. Very simple.
